Ombre & Powder

This brow style features a soft, powdery front and defined lines to create a make-up like look for clients that enjoy a more made-up appearance to their brows. Unlike microblading this style does not use hair strokes and is done with a machine to create soft color that is buildable based on a clients desires.

What is microblading?

What is a combo brow?

What is an ombré brow?

Microblading is not used in this technique, a shading machine is used to blend the colors seamlessly to create the ombré appearance. What is a powder brow?


Powder brow are a more diffused, filled-in look like a ombré brow the pigment is layered to achieve the desired opacity, resulting in a soft, gradient effect. This technique does not use microblading and unlike ombré a powder brow is a gradient effect from the lower portion of the brow and begins to have a fade towards the top of the brow. This creates the soft powered look that mimics makeup.

How long does it take?

The whole process usually takes around two- three hours, this includes the consultation then mapping which is going to give the shape of the brow where the hair strokes are going to fill in sparse areas, correct asymmetry, or create a new brow shape. After mapping is complete and the client is happy with their brows the microblading treatment begins.

Does microblading hurt?

The procedure itself is relatively painless. Before the microblading begins, a numbing cream is applied to minimize any discomfort. Clients often describe the sensation as a light scratching or slight pressure.

How long does it last?

Whats the healing process?

The first couple of days, the color is noticeably bolder and darker. Around day four or five, the color will begin to lighten as the skin heals. You may start to experience some mild flaking and the brows may become itchy. This is totally normal, Its is very important not to pick! The healing process can take a full month, around 30-day mark the true color will show its itself as the brows are fully healed.
